Thinking about what it was like to be in those places. I couldn't understand why this was happening to me. I'm standing in a room that I didn't want to be put in. Because if you didn't listen they would put you in that side room. And then I drew some people running away from the institution because of what they didn’t like. Fortunately some of the people were lucky not to get caught by the police, otherwise they would have been put back and they wouldn't have the freedom or choice of what they wanted to do. Then I drew a picture of a person, he's pretty proud to be moving out, because for some reason he didn't like to be kept there and down at the bottom is me playing the spoons. That was something I never had a chance to do when I was institutionalized. I was really glad that things were changing for me and I learned to be more myself than put aside in an institution.
